Refund Policy

At Eldenhall Research LLC, we are committed to delivering exceptional academic research support. We understand the importance of trust and transparency in our professional engagements. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are issued.

1. Service Initiation & Deposits

  • β– A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate all projects. This covers the assignment of your dedicated editor, initial consultation, and project scheduling.
  • β– The remaining 75% is payable upon completion of the agreed deliverables, before final files are released.
  • β– Work does not commence until the deposit is received and confirmed.

2. Full Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund (including the deposit) under the following circumstances:

  • β– No work has commenced: If you cancel your project before any editorial or research work has begun.
  • β– Service not delivered: If Eldenhall Research fails to deliver the agreed-upon service within the agreed timeframe (excluding delays caused by client-side factors).
  • β– Duplicate payment: If a payment was processed in error or duplicated.

3. Partial Refund Eligibility

A partial refund may be issued in the following cases:

  • β– Cancellation after work begins: If you cancel after work has started, a prorated refund will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed. The deposit is non-refundable.
  • β– Scope reduction: If the project scope is reduced after commencement, pricing will be adjusted and any overpayment will be refunded.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • β– The service has been fully delivered and accepted by the client.
  • β– Journal rejection β€” Eldenhall Research works to maximize acceptance probability, but publication decisions are made solely by journal editorial boards. Rejection by a journal does not constitute grounds for a refund.
  • β– Dissatisfaction after the revision window has closed without the client requesting revisions.
  • β– Failure to provide required materials (data, manuscripts, instructions) within the agreed timeline, causing project delays.

5. Revision Policy

  • β– All services include unlimited revisions within the project scope for 30 days after delivery.
  • β– Revision requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@eldenhallresearch.com.
  • β– Revisions outside the original project scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before work begins.

6. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

7. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, you may escalate the matter to our management team at contact@eldenhallresearch.com. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and professionally.
